<title>Exploratory Analysis using an Iterative process</title>
<description>This article describes how to narrow down a list of several hundred correlated predictor variables, all of which may influence sales, into a more managable, promising list that can be used to create a predictive sales model. Promising variables are identified using meta-analysis, random and semi-random permutations of variable subsets, and raw computational power. Using random permutations and an interative process, we are able to identify with some certainty, the variables that most likely influenced sales.  Using this smaller subset of variables, nonlinear multiple regression analysis is used to build a final, cross-validated model.</description>
